I'm Ale Wiecek Rojo, a visionary leader, renowned speaker, host of Living in Alignment Podcast, and expert in mindset and spiritual coaching, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
As the Founder of Sqr One, I help purpose-driven entrepreneurs and burnt-out creatives find their inner wisdom and create a life, business, and mindset that aligns with their true purpose and passions. Drawing from my own experiences of juggling life and business with kids, being stuck in a 9 to 5 that no longer felt aligned, and struggling with burnout as an entrepreneur, I offer a unique perspective and deep empathy for the challenges that come with starting something new.
As a Latina whose lineage was constrained by conditioning and trauma, I am deeply committed to breaking the cycle of generational patterns and paving a new path for myself and future generations. Through my own journey of healing and self-discovery, I have gained valuable insights and tools that I now share with others to support their own healing and transformation. My ultimate goal is to help purpose-driven entrepreneurs embrace their light, unleash their potential, and make a positive impact on society by addressing systemic inequalities and raising consciousness.
In addition to my work with Sqr One, I also serve as an entrepreneurship instructor and tutor at the Queensland University of Technology, where I continue to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders.
