I am Ale Wiecek Rojo, the founder of Sqr One, and I am here to tell you that is not too late, you are not too old and that you are capable of amazing things!

I spent almost 20 years of my life working for the biggest brands you can think of in the corporate world. I really thought happiness would come once I got a salary increase, a promotion, praise from my peers... But it never did.

I’ve walked in the very same shoes you have,

feeling emotionally exhausted, dreading life,

not knowing what to do next and now knowing how I wanted my life to look like.

I was like an imposter in my own skin!

I WAS CONVINCED…

…that the traditional path to success was to get a good job for an exceptionally good company, so I did. On complete autopilot. I was miserable and unfulfilled, dreading every day and every job. Something needed to change.

One day, I decided to say bye to the fancy company name, fancy salary, fancy agencies to manage and fancy company perks and it was here when I decided to find a way to find myself, what I wanted and a path to get there! 

As a Latina whose lineage was constrained by conditioning and trauma, I am deeply committed to breaking the cycle of generational patterns around wealth, purpose finding and purpose living, paving a new path for you and future generations

AND that is HOW Sqr One was born!

I draw from my own experiences of being stuck in a 9 to 5 that no longer felt aligned, feeling burnout as a new entrepreneur, teaching innovation and juggling life and business with kids…

My expertise lies in working with individuals to remove their unconscious limiting beliefs and regulate their nervous system when starting and running a business. I understand firsthand what it's like to feel unregulated and overwhelmed, which is why my primary focus is on easing the stress and anxiety that can come with the entrepreneurial journey.
